    Experimental Study on Retrieving Mycelium Protein From the Fermented Refuse of Glutamate by Flocculation Filtration

    • The technology combined flocculation with vacuum filtration was used to retrieve mycelium protein from the fermented refuse of glutamate. By means of quadratic cross rotary regression design, the pattern of the effect of coagulant dosage, flocculant dosage and pH of the fermented refuse on relative special resistance, suspend solid reduction rate and water content of filtration cake was analyzed. The optimum parameters for this technology were provided.
