    Study on Drying Technology of Split Walnut

    • The drying technology on split walnut was tested to develop a new way to produce walnut. Three drying ways were used in experiments as follows: 1) 100 ℃—4.5 hours; 2) 125 ℃—2 hours; 3) 125 ℃—1.5 hours then 80℃—5.5 hours, in which the air flow speed kept the same as 1.75 m/s. The characteristic curves at different drying conditions showed that the second way is best.
