Noise Reduction in a Tractor Cab by Sound Absorption

Reverberation is one of the main causes of heavy noise in simplified tractor cab. Based on the acoustical measurement in a tractor cab, a suitable sound absorbing material was applied to internal surface of the cab after the full consideration of acoustical characteristics inside the cab. The predicted noise reduction was in good agreement with the measured results.
