Advance on Application of Machine Vision Technique to Automatic Quality Identification of Agricultural Products

According to the four different fields——stem identification, shape identification, internal quality evaluation and equipment development, the research advancements were reviewed in this paper. The present situation, problems & difficulties to be solved in China were pointed out, which would provide the Chinese fellow researchers for reference and would be helpful to narrow the gap between the developed countries and China in this field.
