In accordance with the structural & performance parameter design, the drum structure, power system,irrigation cart and the pump parameters of the tractor-mounted hose-reeling irrigation machine were described, which was matched with small four-wheeled tractors with the highest market share in rural country. And the performance of the speed governor was also analyzed.
