    Study on High Power Belt Conveyor's Moderate Startup Equipment Experimental Platform

    • In this article, hydraulic constant pressure network second regulative system was applied to the high power moderate startup equipment experimental platform. At the same time a mathematical model for control rules was set up. According to the control regulation, the flux of the second component was adjusted in order to realize the regulation of the driving unit torque and rotating speed. The loading unit realized the recycle of power as well as the perfect loading for constant torque by means of setting up pressure in advance. The experimental platform can completely simulate experiment of the actual working condition.
