Rainfed and Water-Saving Farming Management Information System in China

Based on the accomplishment of developing “the Management Information System of China's Water Saving & Rainfed Agriculture”, this paper gives a brief introduction of the system's design method, the database and the structure, and then describes the properties of this system. Finally, the paper forecasts applying fields and the further development of this system.
