Design of Arc Spring-Tooth Type Collector for Collecting Mulching Plastic Film the Collecting Property Analysis

This paper introduces an arc spring-tooth type mulching plastic film collector. The working perforamce of the collector was analysed and tested, and the equation of movement and the differential equation of movement of plastic film versus spring tooth were derived. The experiment proved that the design is reasonable and the working performance of the collector is excellent. When the picking film shovel is provided and the top-soil is drier, the rate of recovery can reach 100%.
