Vibrating and Spraying Washer of Vegetable

In order to make vegetable washing mechanization, the operating principles and the basic structures of washer were studied. The motion and loading case of vegetable in the washing and the reason for the damage of vegetable leaves were analyzed. In this experiment, the volume of the washing pool is 3.8×1.2×0.45 m³, with 2000 liters of washing liquid. The vibration cycles vary from 3～7 minutes, and the amplitude is 60 cm. For the leaf vegetable, the rotation velocity is approximately 5～7 r/min, for stem tuber vegetable, it should be 80～90 r/min. With regard to the velocity of the flow, when it reaches 24 m/s, the motion parameter is much proper.
