Research on Pineapple Leaf Fiber Extraction and Processing Equipment

This paper introduced the resources and developing situations of pineapple leaf fiber, and the experimental research on the fiber extraction mechanism, the production technology and the complete set of processing equipment were conducted. In accordance with the new mechanical extraction principle, namely, after the pineapple leaves were struck and vibrated step by step, the fiber and sediments were seperated, two types of equipment with good performance for fiber mechanical extraction were designed. The principle presented in this paper is of significance to leaf fiber extraction.
