Environment-Ecology-Economy(3E) Theory and the Sustainable Development of an Ecological Agricultural System in Xinjiang

From both a theoretical and practical experiment,this paper analyses the environment and its effect on the application of the 3E theory on an ecological agricultural system. The article clarifies the relationship among environment, ecology and economy, and propounds the initial limiting factors on the implementation of a sustainable mechanism of ecological agricultural in Xinjiang. The paper explores effective ways to sustainable development of ecological systems in Xinjiang.
