Fractal Descriptions of Stress-Strain Curves of Extruded Rice

Stress-strain curves contain much information about structure characteristics of extruded materials. In this paper, fractal geometry is used to quantitatively analyze the stress-strain curves of extruded rice. Experimental results confirm that these curves are fractal curves. The fractal dimension of stress-strain curves can reveal much more information about the microstructure of extruded rice.
