    Effect of Extraction Conditions on the Yield of Garlic Essential Oil

    • The Effect of extraction conditions, including reaction time, pH, reaction temperature and distillation time on the yields of garlic essential oil were studied. The optimum extraction time, reaction temperature, time and pH were 90 min, 30℃, 60 min, and 6.6 respectively.
