Abstract
A new type of optimum cutting and throwing soil component combining reverse-rotational rotor with the blade with open-type bulldozer blade was developed. Fuzzy prediction theory was used, for the first time, for predicting the lifting and throwing soil capacity of the rotor. A prediction model was also developed. Test results showed that cutting and throwing soil component combining the blade with open-type bulldozer blade can continuously complete cutting, breaking, lifting, throwing and leveling soil. The maximum error between prediction data and test data was not more than 9.5% in this work. It provides a high quality working part for the design of Saline Filming Machine (SFM) and a new type of saline Farmland Reverse-Rotational Deep Rotary Tiller (FRRT).
