    Design of Biomass Gas Appliance

    • Based on the principle of combustion science, heat transfer, gas interchangeability and the biomass gas physical and combustion characters, through theoretical calculation, the burner and the hight of double pot support were designed. The burner with rotary-flow is bar-shape light hole and the high-frequency pulse lighter is cylinder-shape with needle poles. With various biomass gas produced by gas supplying systems, the experiment on the sample appliance was carried out, and an improved type biomass gas appliance was designed. The appliance has the advantages of efficient energy-saving, low pollution, good general-purpose and steady combustion etc.
