Abstract
Based on analyzed the operating process that the forming sinus and casting seed container of the hill-drop sowing wheel formed sinus and cast seed. The mathematical model of the container motion locus was established. And the parametric equation of the sinus profile was formulated. The effects of the structural parameters of the hill-drop sowing parts on sinus shape and sowing quality were analyzed. It by the test results that as the installation angle of the duck beak increasing, the length of sinus will decrease. If the duck beak installation angle and the wheel fender length increase, the miss seeding rate will decrease, and the miss seeding rate will increase with the increasement of the wheel fender installation angle.
