    Design of Film-Mulching Wheat Hill Seeder With Vertical Dropping Mechanism

    • The parallelogram linkage and moving trace control orbit are used to design a film-mulching wheat hill seeder with vertical dropping mechanism, which makes that the trace of hole-forming component is very near the motion curve of ideal vertical dropping motion. After inserting soil, there is no noticeable movement along the seeder moving forward. The problem of tearing film and dislocation in the hill seeder by the duck mouth roll was solved. When the effective work length of the hole forming parts is changed, the track of the hole forming parts is not changed. This type of the seeder is suited for different crops to seed by hole. The characteristics of the hill seeder are to catch seeds directly, to follow the shape wholly of the hole forming parts, to open regularly and close late the forced switch of the unsteady door of the hole-forming parts.
