Analysis of Influence Factor on Seeding Uniformity of Model 2BF-8 Wheat Precision Planter

The purpose of wheat precision seeding is to realize the three-dimensional positioning of seeds in field. The seeding uniformity is the most difficult norm to control among the three-dimensional positioning of seeds. 2BF-8 wheat precision planter adopts the ball-spoon shaped inter-tilled precision seedmeter as core part and collocates variable angle double-disk opener. Seed-ration feeding is accurate and controllable and no pulling layer. According to Seeding Performance Indexes of Precision and Half Precision with Mechanization issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, the whole-machine trials in field were done. The seeding uniformity index is better than the technique demand. All the influence factors of seeding uniformity are analyzed in a systematic way. And the methods and ways of increasing uniformity are discussed in this paper.
