New Technique of Plant Tissue CultivationPhotoautotrophic Micropropagation

The technique of tissue cultivation used in seedling micropropagation still remains at laboratory level at present. In recent years, the Japanese scholars exploited photoautotrophic micropropagation (sugar free micropropagation), led into large vessels, taken away sugar in medium, enriched CO₂ in micropropagation and controled the environment inside vessels. It may provide the tissue cultural seedling micropropagation production possibility. But lots of problems exerting effect on the cultural plant growing need further studying including the photoautotrophic large cultural vessels along with mechanization and automation system.
