Technological Design and Equipment Selection & Distribution About Intensive Stacked-Cages on Layer Farm

Intensive cage-raising technology of layers is a special model of hen-raising, which is different with other cage-raising technologies. The characteristics, requirements, and application prospect of intensive cage-raising technology of layers are analyzed and discussed. Based on those mentioned above, the paper demonstrates and illustrates how to select and design related equipment, illumination system, and ventilation system, which are all required to the technology, and designs one merchandise-generation layer farm at 200 thousand-egg-annual scale in Beijing.
