    Study on Predicting Shelf-Life of Fresh Meat

    • In this paper, mathematic model is set up to predict the shelf-life of fresh meat. The research showed that the error is 3.2% between predicted result and calculated result.It is high credible to predict the shelf-life of the fresh meat with the model.
