Study on Production of Biomass Protein Feed With Brewer's Residue

The method of micro-organism fermentation was used in production of biomass protein feed with the brewer's residue. The analysis of fermented product indicated that the increased proportion of crude protein was more than 45%, the degradation proportion of crude cellulose was 10%, the ratio of the total amount of 16 kinds of amino acid to the crude protein achieved 82%.
