    • In order to enhance the application of Handheld Personal Computer(HPC) in agriculture, to shorten the time of development of agriculture expert system on HPC, to improve the system quality, a development platform based on Windows CE on HPC was developed. Object-oriented technology was adopted in the platform, and it has graphical interfaces and can be used easily.
