    Optimum Land-Use Patterns Based on Regional Available Soil Water

    • Different from the previous land-use allocation that aimed at ecological optimum of quantitative structure, this paper put forward space optimum patterns of land-use, which was based on the major ecological process. On the basis of simulation of hydrological process by means of Geographical Information System techniques, The land-use MCR(Minimum Cumulative Resistance) model was developed and the technology approaches to land use space optimum patterns were discussed. Taking the Kaokaolaigou river basin of Erdos plateau as the case, the model was applied and the result was analyzed.
