    Technology for Supercritical CO2 Extraction and Separation of Phyto-pharmaceutical Compounds From Ginkgo Leaves

    • Based on theoretical analyses and practical application, the applicability and operability of using supercritical CO2 extraction for the separation and purification of phyto-pharmaceutical compounds from ginkgo leaves were explored. Results show that supercritical CO2 extraction combined with traditional solvent extraction is a trend for the industrialization of extracting pharmaceutical compounds from ginkgo leaves. This combined extraction method can reduce the production and apparatus cost, and it is a warranty for the product quality. This leads to a bright future for the industrialization of supercritical CO2 extraction.
