Abstract
Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) is a new extraction technique with many advantages: small sample volume, simplicity, quickness and solvent free. In order to know the anti-constipation function of the volatile compounds of wild Patrinia Villosa (PV), a method for simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis is presented. The method used headspace SPME with 65 μm CW/DVB fiber at 25℃ for 30 min. The fiber was desorbed in a GC injection liner at 250℃ for 2 min and GC-MS was in the selected ion monitoring mode for separation and detection, 45 peaks were separated, and 41 compounds were determined. The main compounds included ethyl pentanate, Cis-3-Hexenyl isovalerate, Styrene, 3-methyl-ethyl butyrate, 3-methyl-ethyl pentanate. The nutrients of wild PV were also determined, the result showed that the wild PV had high content of crude fiber, showed that the crude fiber of wild PV played an important role in anti-constipation function.
