Abstract
The pulley of the centrifugal permanent-magnet direct-current generator is designed for the rotor of the centrifugal. Much of the permanent-magnet material separated by the non-conduct magnet material is fixed on the rotor of the centrifugal by bolts. The windings of the stator are fixed on the center pin of the installed bracket. The windings incised the magnetic line of force and produced the electromotive force when the rotor ran and the magnetic field circumrotated. The electric regulator can stabilize the output voltage and save energy. When the output of voltage is lower than the target value, the regulator outputs the full wave. Otherwise, the voltage signal sampling circuit automatically makes both arms of the commutation bridge cut. When the output of voltage is lower than the target value again, the commutation bridge works again. It goes round and round and makes the output voltage stable through the shifting phase, cutting wave form and commutation. Illumination of vehicle at a low speed can be solved and output of direct-current can meet requirements.
