High-speed multi-frame laser holography system for diesel spray diagnosis

In this paper, a high-speed multi-frame laser holography system was made for investigating the mechanism of atomization of instantaneous densely limited spray. The experimental results show that multi-frame laser holography pictures at a range of twenty thousand frames per second to fifty thousand frames per second; and clear pictures of the object and information regarding the speed of the moving object were obtained by this system. Finally, the processes of evaporation and construction change of the spray in a very short time interval were revealed when this system was used for diesel spray diagnosis.
