    4LSK-50 wheat straws combine baler

    • To solve the difficulty of retrieving high stubble wheat straws by harvester, a model of combine baler which can cut, pick up and bale wheat straws was studied. The article introduces and examines the overall construction, the work principle, the calculative model and the power peculiarity analysis of this model. The experimental results show that after using the baler, the height of stubble was less than 7 cm,the percent of straws balered was more than 99.1%,the percent of straws lost was less than 2% and the density of the straws baler was more than 120 kg/m3. The wheat stubble field, which underwent the cutting, picking-up and baling of the combine baler, could be sowed with next crop immediately. This model of baler can adequately meet the demands of the farming season and of sound agronomic practice.
