    Model of fuzzy nervous network integrated assessment of water-saving irrigation projects

    • As for the planning and decision of water-saving irrigation projects, a fuzzy nervous network integrated assessment method was given out. The network identifying ratio of this method exceeded that of traditional methods. The precise problem of fuzzy system was overcome; therefore, the efficiency is higher than that of system constructed through only general artificial neural network. Based on the massive data of Henan area, using fuzzy neural network, water saving irrigation projects in a town in the area was assessed, this model can be operated easily, and the assessment results are reliable.
