    Design and operational effect of time/temperature-based aeration control system for aerobic composting

    • Aeration control is the key to the aerated static aerobic composting system (ASACS). Temperature/time-based aeration control system (TTime) was designed and realized to control the process of aerobic composting. The outline, method, function and process of realization of the system were described in detail. It is shown that the system can run stably during composting and the process can be guaranteed by the system. Moreover saving the labor consumption, well supervising and controlling the composting online are the main advantages of the system. Therefore, it is suitable for spreading the system for middle and large-scale animal and poultry farm's wastes composting system.
