Sustainable rural energy development pattern in resources-exhausted areas: a case study from Fuxin city in Liaoning Province

Taking Fuxin city in Liaoning Province as an example, this paper presents the main problems of economy and development in resources-exhausted areas. Based on the summary and analysis of main patterns and practice on rural energy construction, this paper puts forward the sustainable development countermeasures for rural energy in resources-exhausted areas.
