In accordance with China's entry into WTO, new ideas to develop modern agriculture under WTO structure were probed, new strategies and policies to boost the prosperity of rural economy weve shaped. It was dissertated in this essay that rural renewable energy construction should play an important role in agriculture and rural economy under new situation through many years' experiences in the rural renewable energy construction.
