Energy and eco-economic construction

It is the era of eco-economic construction in the 21st Century. Over consumption of resources is a fatal problem of eco-economic construction. Rural renewable energy development is an effective means of eco-resources protection. From the relationship between the supply and demand of substance and energy in social economic system and natural ecosystem, integrated with the experiences in the rural renewable energy construction and the fundamentals of eco-economy, the function of rural renewable energy development in eco-economic construction was reasoned in this essay, and the tentative plan of rural renewable energy construction was proposed.
