Application of experience curve in renewable energy technology policy analysis

This paper introduces the concept of the experience curve. Based on the foreign data, taking using experience curve for photovoltaic modules on the world market and electric technologies in EU for example, how to use experience curve for the long-term investment analysis in renewable energy technology and how to make the governmental investment policy for renewable energy efficiently were introduced.
