Current status and countermeasures of exploiting renewable energy resources in Hunan Province

Exploitative status of renewable energy resources in Hunan Province was described. At the same time, the position and function of exploitation of renewable energy resources in sustainable development of Hunan economy were demonstrated. The main limiting factors of exploitation of renewable energy resources were analyzed. The policy, measures and advices for accelerating exploitation of Hunan renewable energy sources were put forward.
