Social impacts assessment for renewable energy project in rural areas: a case study of "Three in One" model project

The renewable energy project is one of the main development projects extended in rural areas these years, and social assessment for this project is a supplement for economic and environmental assessment, which will be helpful to measure the effectiveness of project in an all-round way and provide basis for the decision—making and extension for the project. This paper made the social impacts of "Three in One" model in Chayuan village, Hunan Province. The results presented in this paper will fill in the blank field of social assessment and be useful for the further extension of projects. At the same time, the results will provide reference for relevant experts or scholars and government officials.
