Comparison and analysis of photovoltaic development between OECD and China

Since 1970s, the photovoltaic(PV) industry of OECD has a rapid development because so many resources have been used to do the research of PV technologies that the price of the equipment of PV generation has become much cheaper. The article gives a brief review of good policies carried out by OECD to support the development of PV industry. Furthermore, the article makes a comparison of the PV development between OECD and China. Then some suggestions about the future development of Chinese PV industry are put forward.
