Finite element simulation analyses and experiments on rice seedling ordered pneumatic throwing plantation

Abstract
Air jet finite element analysis simulation of rice seedling ordered pneumatic throwing plantation was carried out with calculating fluid dynamics theory and ANSYS/FLOTRAN software. The comparison experiments of air jet velocity among three kinds of air pipeline structure and three kinds of initial air pressure were conducted. The results showed that the speed of the air jet reaching the bottom hole of the plastic pan was ultrasonic, the field of the maximal air jet end velocity of non-linear air pipeline structure at 0.8 MPa initial pressure was less than that at 0.65 MPa and 0.5 MPa, the maximal air jet velocity point of the whole air jet was below the jet inlet center line at 0.8 MPa, and the point was near the air jet center line at 0.65 MPa and 0.5 MPa. The speed of the air jet field was tested, and an orthogonal experiment on the initial pressure was carried out. The finite element analysis and experiment results were in good agreement.
