Abstract
Paddy seedling pneumatic ordered throwing transplanter is a new kind of transplanter. The rice-seedling feeding mechanism is the key assembly of the transplanter. In this paper, the makeup, working mechanism and characteristic of the mechanism are presented. The dynamic model of the rice-seedling feeding mechanism is given. The equations about position, velocity and acceleration of any point on the mechanism are developed. Based on the equations, a software is programmed using Visual Basic 6.0 language which is used to simulate the movement of mechanism dynamically. The dimension of the mechanism can be modified during the simulation, and the simulation results obtained are given in the form of graphic movement, graph and data. This can provide the desired parameters and a useful tool for the design of the transplanter.
