Design and case study of the operational system of precision planting

According to agricultural characteristics in China and present precision agricultural development condition, it is feasible to regard county as the district dimensions to discuss the foundation technical and operational system of precision agriculture. The operational system of precision planting in Luancheng county was designed, and was put into practice in Luancheng County. The county observation network for precision planting was first established. Soil attribute and characteristics of yield spatial variability of the peasant household unit were analyzed. The basic frame of the county network service platform with the website guiding the county area precision planting to put into practice was put forward.
