Decision-making of land development and consolidation project based on extension evaluation method

Project decision-making, which is based on project evaluation, is an important matter of project management in land development and consolidation. Therefore, the evaluation method is a key element during the process of decision-making. The evaluation index system is established and is applicable to all projects. In order to ensure that every project is evaluated equally, the index evaluation criteria were set up according to the requirements of the project of different types in different regions. Six projects were extracted from the project database. Extension method was applied to the evaluation of these six projects. The result suggest that only one plain area land consolidation project in southeast coastal region is evaluated as grade 2, all the other projects are evaluated as grade 1. The order of the six projects is consistent with the result of comprehensive evaluation method.
