Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the Machine for Chopping and Returning Stubble into Soil is high-priced and short-lifetime, wear-resistance coating was made on the substrate of 45# steel by flame spraying and remelting NiWC alloy. By means of orthogonal test and multiple factors variance analysis, how the test factors influence wear-resistance was studied, and the influence from high to low is the content of WC, the acetylene flow, the preheating temperature and the spraying distance. The technology parameters of flame spraying and remelting NiWC alloy were optimized as follows: coating matching, Ni60+35%WC; preheating temperature, 450℃; acetylene flow, 1000 L/h; spraying distance, 40 mm.
