2BF-6 type no-tillage combine seeder for rape in stubbly field

In order to make full and reasonable use of soil resource in South of China, to carry out the sustainable development of the cultivated land, and to speed up the development of plant industry to realize mechanization and industrialization, a 2BF-6 type no-tillage combine seeder was designed. This combine seeder does not require openning seed ditch, and the rapeseeds are sowed directly on the surface of the soil. The whole work is completed on the stubbly field except ditching. This article introduced the working principle and structure features of this kind of combine seeder, and the experiment was also done. The results show that it can complete the series work of seeding, fertilizing and ditch-opening at the same time. The quantity of sowing seeds and fertilizer can be adjusted according to necessary condition from 1.5～7.5 kg/hm² and from 225～450 kg/hm², respectively. The sowing width can be adjusted from 1000 mm to 2000 mm, the depth and breadth of ditch are 120 mm and 240 mm, respectively. This combine seeder meets the requirements of farm work.
