    Modal analysis and experiment research of the vibration transportation mechanism of ordered rice seedling thrower

    • In the paper, a kind of vibration transportation mechanism of ordered rice seedling thrower was put forward. A finite element model of the mechanism was established and computed by modal analysis software. The result of test indicated that the data of the finite element analysis and the test data were in good agreement. The vibration transportation mechanism was optimized by modal analysis, the frequency of vibration transportation mechanism was about 19.12 Hz. To prevent the adverse effect of excessive partial vibration of vibration board on transportation and distribution of rice seedling, other natural frequencies of the mechanism should be much different from the the first frequency of vibration transportation mechanism. The vibration transportation mechanism can be used to transport rice seedling uniformly by parameter optimization.
