    Fuzzy control of Chinese wolfberry oven temperature based on digital signal processing technology

    • Aiming at the disadvantages of domestic traditional Chinese wolfberry drying and the temperature control of drying, the digital signal processing fuzzy control system for the temperature control of the Chinese wolfberry drying based on Digital Signal Processing technology was established. The practical application shows that this system is steady and reliable, and has quite good control effects. It meets the drying technique demands that Chinese wolfberry drying needs to be dried at different temperatures in different stages. The quality of dried Chinese wolfberry was improved, and good economic benefit was obtained.
