6CZZ-600 shaper and its optimized technology for famous needle-type tea

Based on the disadvantages of lower production efficiency and quality disconformity of famous needle-type tea by manual operation, a shaper for famous needle-type tea with controllable heating time and temperature and operating speed has been designed. The effects of curve tank and compression soft-rod on processing technology and tea qualities were analyzed. Experimental results show that this shaper has good availability and high production efficiency, and can keep original quality of famous needle-type tea.
