YPHG100 type high oil-bearing rapeseed extrusion-expansion machine for processing peeled rapeseed

The paper introduces the key equipment to solve the difficult problem about producing oil with peeled rapeseed. The key equipment is the Model YPHG100 high oil-bearing rapeseed extrusion-expansion machine. When the processing conditions are as follows: the water content of rapeseed is 3.7%～5.0%,temperature of rapeseed is 90～95℃, reaction temperature is 108℃ and steam pressure is 0.75～0.80 MPa, the machine can extrude part of oil from the rapeseed and at the same time the material is extruded to become multi-tiny bore grain. The diameter of the grain is 6.5 mm and specific gravity is 480～495 kg/m². Expanding proportion is 1∶1.69 and residual oil rate is 27%～28%. And finally the oil production efficiency is 39.0%.
