    Application of wireless data transmission to the automatic control of water saving irrigation

    • It is one of directions nowadays to combine automatic control technology with water saving irrigation. In this paper, a wireless data acquisition subsystem of water saving irrigation automatic control, auto-control subsystem, design of software structure and methods of anti-jamming were introduced. The nRF903 single chip RF transceiver was employed to modulate and demodulate for data transfer. It is made up of two separated parts: collection and receiving. The collection part digitalizes the signal from the sensor and sends it out using wireless digital transmission technology. At the receiving part, the data were received, saved and displayed. Hardware and software of the system were described in this paper. Experiment shows that the system is reliable and suitable for those testing situation in convenient for cable connection.
