    Advances in the rapid detection of antibiotics residues in dairy products

    • The methods and rapid test kits for the detection fo commercial antibiotics residues in milk were reviewed. The principle, detection sensitivity, specificitions and their uses were introduced. There are two kinds of principle. One is the microbial inhibition. The most important commercial kits are DELVOTEST, CHARM CIENCE, BRILLIANT BLACK REDUCTION, etc. The other is based on the immune receptor tests. Commercially available test kits are β-LACTAMS, DEVLX_PRESS, BETA SCREEN, CHARM-Ⅱ-ASSAY, β-STAR, CHARM-MRL, PENZYM, PARALLUX. The problems and some potential new techniques were introduced too.
